As a member of the Bean Group team, the Managing Broker will oversee the day to day transactional management of Bean Group’s Bedford, NH office.

Specific responsibilities including:

  • Successfully complete Real Estate transactions.
  • Communicating & enforcing applicable real estate laws, REALTOR policies & Code of Ethics, and MLS Authority Rules & Regulations.
  • Ensure successful completion of transactions for agents in the Managing Broker’s office.
  • Properly escalate any transactions with risk management components to the Director of Residential Brokerage Services.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful real estate sales experience.
  • Business knowledge and understanding of business drivers.
  • Brokers license.
