September 8: New Agent On-boarding

Summary: Business planning in the morning and policy, paperwork and procedure review for all new Bean Group REALTORS in the afternoon.

September 14: Enhancing your listings
Time: 9:30am – 11:00am
Location: Online
Summary: Learn how to enhance your listings on Bean Group websites and with your Realtor.com Showcase Account.

September 14: Selecting the right database for you
Time: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Location: Online
Summary: As a follow on from our business planning session, Karen Hatch and Anne Marie Hayward will review the various databases agents use to maximize results of their spheres in a regular and consistent manner.

September 15: The Sales Agreement – FREE 3 continuing ed credits for NH
Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Location: Meredith Office
Summary: Detailed review of the current purchase and sales agreement. This is a free 3 credit course.

September 15: Professional Real Estate Photography
Time: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Location: Meredith Office
Summary: The basics of residential photography are covered including camera selection and interior/exterior best practices.

September 16: Getting the most from your Bean Group email platform
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
Location: Online
Summary: Learn how to get around in Google Mail, including basic emailing, signatures, labels, calendars, labs and more!

September 16: Working with Trusts
Time: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Location: Online
Summary: Trusts are increasingly popular and can cause significant additional work in managing them through the process. Join the legal team from Clipper Title to review how to navigate through a transaction involving trusts.

September 21: Review of Bean Group’s Listing Materials
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
Location: Online
Summary: New and updated listing materials are coming! Be prepared to deliver them by attending this overview session on how to maximize your ability to win those listings!

September 22: Tax Implications for Real Estate Professional
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am

Summary: Based on your questions and feedback from the Business Planning Sessions, come to this online session to learn about what to do and not to do regarding taxes and general best accounting practices for REALTORS.

September 22: Review of Bean Group’s Listing Materials

Summary: Same session as September 21st for those who cannot attend that session.

September 23: Making your database work for you
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am

Professional Real Estate Photography Workshop Held at Bean Group Studio

We are receiving great reviews & feedback from the Professional Real Estate Photography workshop held at Bean Group Studio in Portsmouth on Monday. The workshop was led by Chuck Kendrick, the owner of Kendrick Photo, a commercial photography studio located in Southern New Hampshire.

Bean Group sees significant increase in website visitors in July.

Our flagship website beangroup.com saw a marked increased in web traffic in the month of July with a significant year over year increase of unique visitors seeking information on properties for sale in New Hampshire, Maine & Vermont.

Page views, another significant measure of website activity, showed a substantial increase as well with more than 4.7 million page views served by beangroup.com in July 2010.
